THE PROJECT

More than a fitout.
A working facility transformed.

O'Neill's delivered a broad redevelopment scope at DEECA Broadford, bringing together a building extension, internal fitout and refurbishment with external civil works and car-park works.

The site remained operational around the project. Staging, access, safety, stakeholder coordination and the interfaces between existing facilities and new work therefore formed part of the construction plan — not an afterthought.

The project combined new and existing building work with workplace delivery and external interfaces. That required the programme to account for operational access, construction separation, deliveries, services, stakeholder movements and progressive handover alongside the physical works.
