Level 6, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD. The Brisbane CBD office is the operating base for O'Neill's Design & Construction QLD.
Can O'Neill's become involved before the design is complete?
Yes. Early involvement is useful when programme, buildability, cost planning, procurement, staging or base-building interfaces still need to be resolved before construction.
How are project controls managed?
Programme, RFIs, submittals, drawings, QA, inspections, site records, commissioning and handover are managed as part of the delivery process rather than as administration added at the end.
Can you deliver inside an occupied building?
Yes. Live-environment projects require deliberate staging, access planning, protection, noisy-work windows, shutdown coordination and stakeholder communication so construction can progress around ongoing operations.
