O'Neill's operates through dedicated Victorian and Queensland teams based in Melbourne and Brisbane. Both businesses share the same design-aware approach, direct senior involvement and structured project controls expected on complex commercial work.
We work across office fitouts, refurbishment, building upgrades, live operational environments and heritage projects. Our role is to bring clarity to the interfaces between design, programme, cost, procurement, building operations and construction.
